Roero Arneis Riserva DOCG Canorei – A Piedmontese white of rare elegance

The Roero Arneis Riserva DOCG Canorei is a true expression of excellence in the panorama of Piedmontese white wines. Produced by Tenuta Carretta, this reserve represents a symbol of the Piobesi d'Alba territory, cultivated on sandy and limestone-rich soils.

Since the first year of production in 1994, this wine has demonstrated the extraordinary potential of the Arneis grape. The vinification involves soft pneumatic pressing, cold maceration, and a 12-month refinement in tonneau followed by a further year in the bottle, to enhance its aromatic complexity and fullness on the palate.

Organoleptically, it has a deep straw yellow color and golden reflections. The bouquet is rich, ranging from vanilla scents to white flowers, from honey to exotic fruit. On the palate, the wine is full and enveloping, balanced by an acidity that guarantees freshness and persistence.

This wine is an excellent companion for complete meals, from appetizers to risottos, from white meats to fresh or medium-aged cheeses, ideally served at a temperature between 12-14°C.
