Maturation in tuff caves
The wine matures for 12 months in French oak barrels located in volcanic tuff caves, an ideal environment to guarantee the perfect evolution of the wine.
Organoleptic notes and combinations
It has an intense ruby red color and offers a bouquet rich in notes of red and black fruits, enriched with hints of chocolate, tobacco and vanilla. The palate is savory and fresh, with balanced tannins and a long finish that recalls liquorice. Perfect with roasts, braised meats, game and mature cheeses, Il Repertorio is ideal at a serving temperature of 16°-18°C.
