The sweet harmony of La Spinetta Bricco Quaglia Moscato 2022 and fruit tart

On a radiant summer day, with the blue sky as a backdrop, I had the pleasure of opening a bottle of La Spinetta Bricco Quaglia Moscato 2022. This wine, a jewel of Piedmont, is the perfect embodiment of the balance between sweetness and freshness .

La Spinetta's Moscato, with its intense aromas of ripe fruit and white flowers, invites you on a unique sensorial journey. On the palate, it reveals a delicate sweetness, balanced by a fresh acidity that makes it surprisingly refreshing and never cloying.

To accompany this nectar of the gods, I chose a dessert that could reflect its elegance and lightness: a fresh fruit tart.
