Located in the historic heart of Bologna, Bottega botlé is the fruit of the vision of Gaetano Lanza, an expert entrepreneur in the food and wine sector, developed together with his long-time friend and colleague Danilo Verone and their team. This new model of contemporary shop presents itself as an innovative center of food and wine culture and experience.

A new dimension of tasting

Bottega botlé elevates the concept of tasting to a complete experience of learning and discovery. With the introduction of “informed tasting”, combined with the advanced technology of our Rewine wine dispensers, visitors can explore over 150 wine labels, understanding the stories and winemaking techniques that characterize each product. Our team of sommeliers, led by experts such as Claudio Pintore, is always available to guide each guest through an educational sensory journey.

Tradition and innovation also in food

In addition to wine, Bottega botlé celebrates the rich culinary tradition of the Emilia-Romagna Food Valley. Danilo Verone leads the food sector, offering visitors the opportunity to taste and learn about local excellence. Our approach to nutrition is deeply rooted in tradition but open to innovations that enhance the gastronomic experience.

The art of fresh pasta

A highlight of the visit to Bottega botlé is our artisanal fresh pasta laboratory, where the sfogline, under the guidance of Daniela Minella, transform quality ingredients into pasta masterpieces. This area not only offers entertainment but also education, allowing visitors to appreciate the value of the handmade.
